Returns

Return Policy Reference:
Hardware returns are governed by Oceus’ official returns policy (attached as Exhibit A or the most current version as determined by Oceus).

Return Authorization (RMA):

• Customers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Oceus before returning any product.

• The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the return shipping package.

Condition of Returned Items:

• Only unmodified products in their original packaging may be returned.

• Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping Terms:

• Unless otherwise specified, all returns are shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) point of destination.

• Risk of loss transfers to Oceus once the returned product is delivered to Oceus.
