General Shipping Terms

  • Returns must follow Oceus’ shipping procedures and include the authorized RMA label on the packaging.

  • Unless otherwise directed, return shipments are F.O.B. destination, meaning Oceus assumes risk upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping Charges (Estimate Model)

Here’s the current method used to estimate domestic shipping costs:

  • Base Rate: $15 covers up to 15 devices.

  • Additional Device Cost: Starting at 16 devices, add $1 per device to the base amount.

    • Example: 16 devices = $16, 17 devices = $17, and so on.

  • This simplified pricing method helps streamline the ordering process given that device weights vary.
