Oceus provides a remote resource to assist in the use and operation of the network. This SME provides customer guidance to assist in the implementation and operation of the customer's Sensor Vision platform. This resource will assist in the provisioning and troubleshooting of alarms, devleopment of reports, and data interpretation.
